This Privacy Policy has been developed taking into account the provisions of current regulations on data protection: Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, dated April 27, 2016 regarding the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the circulation of these data, (hereinafter GDPR); and Organic Law 3/2018, dated December 5, on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights (hereinafter LOPDyGDD).

PROCESSING OF SUPPLIER DATA

Purpose of data processing

  • Managing purchases, payments and suppliers; and obtaining historical commercial relationships.

Legitimation of the processing

  • Data processing necessary for the execution of a contract in which the interested party is a party (article 6.1.b) of the GDPR) and satisfaction of legitimate interests in the processing of contact data (article 6.1.f of the GDPR, in relation to Article 19 of the LOPDyGDD).

 

PROCESSING OF STUDENT DATA

Purpose of data processing

  • Manage the course in which you can participate (pre-enrolment, enrolment, development, billing, etc.).
  • Send you information (including by electronic means: mailing and SMS).
  • Capture of images of the course and treatment and use of the image for the edition and publication of corporate documents and any other kind of document or promotional support pertaining to TECNOSTATIC, whether written or electronic (including the corporate website and the profiles that TECNOSTATIC has on social networks), which will be disclosed among TECNOSTATIC employees, their clients and suppliers, third-party collaborators of TECNOSTATIC, Public Administrations at local, regional, national or international level, as well as the general public.

  • Consent expressly requested (Article 6.1.a of the GDPR, in relation to article 19 of the LOPDyGDD).
  • Legitimate interest of TECNOSTATIC (Article 6.1.f of the GDPR) once the interests and rights of the interested parties have been weighed, and the measures adopted to comply with the obligations in terms of proportionality and transparency, and concluding that:
    1. the impact on public rights and freedoms is low;
    2. said processing can be reasonably planned by the interested party;
    3. the processing of data for the above purposes does not lead to exclusion, discrimination, defamation, or situations that put the reputation of the interested party at risk.

 

DATA PROCESSING OF CANDIDATES

Purpose of data processing

  • Manage the recruitment processes undertaken at the Institute, respecting the principles of publicity, merit and attendance.
  • Communication of CVs to other companies related to TECNOSTATIC with the sole purpose of being able to enable you participate in the recruitment processes that you deem appropriate.

  • Being able to contact people of interest for the development of the entity’s activity.
  • Sending information about our services and activities and inviting you to conferences and / or events promoted by or involving TECNOSTATIC..

Legitimation of the processing

  • Legitimate interest of TECNOSTATIC (Article 6.1.f of the GDPR, in relation to article 19 of the LOPDyGDD) that has weighed the interests and rights of the interested parties, and the measures adopted by the person in charge to fulfil their general obligations in terms of proportionality and transparency, and has concluded that:
    1. the impact on the fundamental rights and public freedoms of the people is low;
    2. said processing can be reasonably planned by the interested party;
    3. the processing of data for the above purposes does not give rise to exclusion, discrimination, defamation, or situations that put the reputation of the interested party and / or the negotiating power at risk.

PROCESSING OF IMAGES OF THE ACTIVITIES OCCURRING IN ITAINNOVA

Purpose of data processing

  • Capture of images of any activity that takes place in TECNOSTATIC and processing and use of the image for the edition and publication of corporate documents and any other kind of document or promotional support pertaining to ITT, TECNOSTATIC, whether written or electronic (including the company website and the profiles that TECNOSTATIC has on social networks), which will be disclosed among TECNOSTATIC employees, their customers and suppliers, third party collaborators of TECNOSTATIC, Public Administrations at local, regional, national or international level, as well as the general public.

DATA PROCESSING FOR THE CELEBRATION OF COVENANTS AND / OR AGREEMENTS

Purpose of data processing

  • Signing with any public and / or private entity of collaboration agreements or agreements that are necessary to fulfil the purposes and functions that legally correspond to TECNOSTATIC in accordance with its regulatory Law, and that makes the reaching of the agreement possible. and pursue the tasks and purposes related to it: administrative, dissemination, external publication and justification.

PROCESSING OF DATA COLLECTED THROUGH FORMS

CONSERVATION TIME, RECIPIENTS AND RIGHTS THAT ASSIST YOU
